Welcome to the Banished Platinum Wiki!
This is the official wiki for the Pokémon fangame, Banished Platinum.
Pokémon Banished Platinum is a non-profit, fan-made remake of the original Pokémon Platinum that preserves the story, locations and characters of the original game while making massive gameplay improvements and alterations, including but not limited to:
- An expanded Sinnoh dex featuring the original Platinum dex as well as new additions from every generation
- Enhanced overworld graphics and battle backgrounds
- Following Pokémon
- The Fairy type
- Unlimited use TMs and HM removal
- Mega Evolution (including new megas)
- The Box Link
- Regional forms new and old
- Character sprites during dialogue with varying expressions
- Hidden grottos
- Built-in Nuzlocke mode
- A revamped soundtrack, including many remastered tunes by Zame
It should be noted that this game is not a ROM hack, and does not require a DS Emulator. It has been made using the Pokémon Essentials kit for RPG Maker XP. As of now, Windows PC and Android phone are supported, though the latter requires the JoiPlay emulator app.
